Advantages of Using SACHA’s Flooring Program

Peace of Mind:
The flooring industry is a confusing mix of products and providers. Many manufacturers produce flooring that looks very similar but has important differences which affect both the quality and durability of flooring, not to mention the price. In addition, co-ops have told us of their difficulties in getting problems sorted out after the sale when dealing with less-than-reputable providers. (Some come in with a low bid and install inferior products without meeting the standards set by the Alberta flooring industry association.) Because the co-ops together represent a significant amount of business over the years (and because we looked for a partner with integrity and a long-standing reputation for fair dealings), co-ops can be sure they are getting a good price and that SACHA and our supplier will be there should problems arise later.

Allows Member Choice:
Members can choose to have a better grade of flooring installed if they are willing to pay the difference in price, while the co-op does not pay more for their regular orders.

Unbiased Advice:
Whatever your flooring budget, we've searched out the best products available in that price range, taking construction and durability into account.
